This winning, 8-figure pitch conceptualized a multi-year experiential curriculum redefining Chase Sapphire as a lifestyle brand for modern “experience maximizers.” The 3 phased approach eased consumers back into more widespread travel spending and experiences post-pandemic and featured an interactive experience persona mapping tool to make sure all recommended Sapphire Experiences were personalized and relevant to each cardmember.
