Experiences have the power to transform us as individuals and unite us as communities. My approach to experience design is rooted in research and insights, human-centered design, production excellence, and thorough KPI systems that prove ROI. In my current role at Jack Morton, I lead our Google portfolio creatively and focus on business growth, creative leadership, team development, strategy and measurement, design thinking, and operational excellence. My past work with museums, festivals and brands has prepared me to take on any challenge. I manage budgets and production docs just as well as I manage eccentric creative talent and nuanced brand design systems.
I love creating experiences that shape culture and inspire action. Be it a community program, live show and broadcast, formal event, or team summit; it’s all in a day’s work when you are a multi-hyphenate, interdisciplinary experiential leader.
